What to expect when you use ExamLark and how to keep your account secure.

ExamLark helps you study for exams. Your access depends on the exam, any free allocation or trial, and the subscription or purchase shown before checkout. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
ExamLark is a product of Pravaralife Limited (www.pravaralife.com). These terms apply to the ExamLark website, management workspace and ExamLark exam preparation apps.
ExamLark provides exam preparation questions, study tools and progress features. Exam descriptions and access options may differ between exam apps. ExamLark is a study aid; it does not issue exam credentials or guarantee an exam result. Check the relevant examination body's current requirements separately.
Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us at contactus@examlark.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, other users or content, and will handle issues in line with applicable law.
To request closure or personal-data deletion, use our deletion instructions. Account deletion does not itself cancel billing.
We show the applicable price, billing interval and access terms at checkout. Free access, trials and earned rewards are subject to the conditions presented with them. Payments may be handled by Apple, Google Play or Stripe depending on where you buy. Manage renewal and request refunds using our subscriptions and refunds guidance.
Cancel a recurring subscription before its renewal if you do not want another charge. Cancellation and deletion are separate requests. Your statutory rights remain available regardless of these terms.
ExamLark and its licensors retain rights in the question bank, app and site content. Your access is for personal study. Do not copy or distribute question banks, share paid access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. You may report a question or technical problem through in-app Support or contact us.
We may correct questions, update features and maintain the service. Connectivity is needed for sign-in, purchases, downloads and syncing; offline content and progress depend on your device and any access period. If a material change affects paid access, contact us so we can review the issue and your rights. We may update these terms and display the revised date above; where required, we will give additional notice.
