Start with your receipt
Check whether Apple, Google Play or Stripe charged you. Refund and cancellation steps depend on that purchase route. We review direct purchase requests individually, including your explanation and applicable consumer rights.
01. Find where you purchased
Your receipt or bank statement should identify the payment provider. If you cannot tell, email billing@examlark.com with the email on your ExamLark account, the exam app and any receipt or order reference. Do not send a full card number, password or authentication code.
02. Website and direct Android purchases
Stripe processes website and eligible direct Android checkout. Email billing@examlark.com to ask for a refund, a billing correction or help cancelling renewal. Include your account email, exam, charge date, order or invoice reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Our team reviews the request and replies with the outcome. A request does not itself cancel renewal.
For a post-payment refund review, we may consider how much of that exam’s unique question content was accessed after payment. The 10% measure is one decision input. It is not an automatic refusal and does not limit rights available under applicable law. We also consider faults, duplicate or mistaken charges, access problems and the circumstances you tell us about.
03. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
For purchases charged by Apple, request a refund from Apple. For purchases charged by Google Play, use Google Play’s refund process. Eligibility and processing follow the relevant store’s rules and applicable law. Google Play may direct you to contact the developer for help with some requests; if so, email us at billing@examlark.com with the order reference.
ExamLark can help investigate missing access or a purchase issue. We cannot promise a store refund or change a store’s decision on its behalf.
04. Stop future renewal
Cancel a store subscription in the store where you bought it: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. For a direct Stripe subscription, use your account’s billing management link if available or email billing@examlark.com for assistance. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; it is separate from a refund request. Check the effective date and access shown in your account or receipt.
Deleting your ExamLark account or removing an app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. See account deletion for the separate privacy process.
05. Need help?
Billing contact
Tell us the account email, exam app, charge date and order or invoice reference if available. Please describe what happened and the outcome you seek. Do not include full payment-card details.
